Pick the freebies you're interested in on our website or Facebook page then click the 'Get Offer' button to go to the retailer's website and follow the instructions. Most require you to sign up and confirm your email so always remember to head over to your inbox once you've joined!

Each retailer is different but some freebies can take up to 28 days to arrive so don't panic if it takes a little while.

It’s actually a strong marketing technique for launching a new brand or product, as well as to gain some feedback and market research for existing products too. They believe in their products; if you agree and love their freebie then it's a high chance you'll become a future customer of theirs!

If you sign up to FreeClub, we will only use your details to send you email or sms updates on the hottest new freebies and deals we’ve found. Your details will NEVER be given to any other company. 

When completing any freebie offers or claiming deals, just have a glance for any tick boxes or terms as these usually explain how you will be contacted and what your data is used for. Usually, you can choose to opt-in or out of communications.

A lot of brands will require an email address and will then send you an email to let you pick a free item or to confirm that email address is real before they send out the item or allow you to use their website.

The best way to keep in the loop is to:

• sign up to receive our regular email newsletters or SMS messages on all the latest deals
• keep popping back to site as there are new deals added daily
• if using your laptop or a PC click yes on the pop-up asking to keep you updated with new offer notifications
• follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Tik Tok
• join our Facebook group
• read our latest blog posts

We know you’re super excited but please allow up to 30 days for the freebie to arrive. If you’ve been waiting longer than 30 days we recommend directly emailing the brand in question to get an update. 

We don’t personally send out the freebies on our site, it will be whichever retailer you joined/applied to. There could be a closing date on the deal, which they may wait until this has passed to send them all out at once. In other cases, companies may have a limited amount available, if a freebie is popular they could have over 100,000 people apply!
